April Month-End Updates!

Exciting things have happened and more exciting things are in store! Here are what commenced in our foundation for the month of April.

First up, we have the new wheelchair for Dennis! We would like to thank all the people who sponsored for the wheelchair as well as EcuLines Shipping Company for donating more than half of the money needed to buy the wheelchair.

Dennis enjoyed his stroll on the way to the wake of his former teacher.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Canadian team from Developing World Connections, for the wonderful job that they have done in starting Peregrina’s house. We also would like to thank Anne Row who sent financial assistance to make the building of the house possible. Peregrina was so happy with the house, she is always in tears when she talks about it. You have made so much difference.

We have also met a lady with a very beautiful heart. She helped us with the kids at the Family Care Center and the Library and gave so much love to the kids. She also sponsored two feedings that benefited a total of 800 kids.

Helena and her family sponsored two feedings in one month for 800 kids total.

Overall, the month of April has been another fun-filled, productive month of the year. And this will not be possible without the help of the volunteers and sponsors who extend their help to the poor people of Cebu. Indeed, we have made a difference for these people, together.
