Cheryl was only 7 years old when Elisabet, Rise Above Cebu founder, met her at a special school for the handicapped. Cheryl is now turning 26, and a 3rd-year college student taking up Psychology at a premier university of Cebu. Just recently, she received her Tuition fee for July-August Summer Classes.
