Food Sharing

On a sunny Wednesday afternoon, June 18, 2025, the community of Sambag II, Cebu City, was filled with excitement and joy as news spread about another food-sharing program organized by the Rise Above Foundation. Despite the heat, volunteers cheerfully roamed the nearby neighborhoods, distributing food tickets to eager families. Parents and children patiently gathered at the venue, waiting for the program to begin. This food-sharing initiative marks another meaningful act of community service, providing meals for 500 children and bringing smiles, hope, and nourishment to the community.
