It is a proud moment for Rise Above Foundation Cebu (RAFC) to share that our inspiring scholar, Cheryl Angot, reigned supreme in the extremely difficult Asian Online Chess Championships for Players with Disabilities. Cheryl, 26, won Gold under the Physically Impaired Women division held last May 27-29, 2022. The Philippine Para Chess Team did a triple-gold harvest in this international chess competition.
