Rise Above Foundation Cebu Inc. conducted a Free Dental Clinic at Barangay Tejero Sports Complex, serving 494 patients. A total of 238 teeth were restored, 518 extracted, and 191 received prophylaxis, made possible through volunteer dental teams from the Philippines, Denmark, and Germany.
Aurora Media extended vital support to typhoon survivors in Brgy. Bacayan by sponsoring hot meals for 500 evacuees and donating essential relief items. In partnership with the Rise Above team, the agency provided 300 pairs of slippers, clothing, undergarments, and books to more than 300 displaced residents. Through these efforts, Aurora Media reinforced its commitment to community care, bayanihan, and helping families rebuild with dignity and hope.
On September 30, 2025, Cebu was struck by a magnitude 6.9 earthquake, followed by more than 2,300 aftershocks recorded by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS-DOST) as of October 2.
