We at Rise Above Foundation Cebu (RAFC) collaborate with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) to continue improve and elevate the quality of life of the people we serve, especially the underprivileged families in Cebu.

Cheryl was only 7 years old when Elisabet, Rise Above Cebu founder, met her at a special school for the handicapped. Cheryl is now turning 26, and a 3rd-year college student taking up Psychology at a premier university of Cebu. Just recently, she received her Tuition fee for July-August Summer Classes.
